About the Classes

Gentle

a slower paced class for those that need a little longer getting in and out of the poses.  Options are given with and without a chair and additional props to make the sequence accessible for all.

Beginners

a class for total beginners as well as those who are returning to yoga after a break. Learn the fundamentals of Iyengar yoga, including asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath-work).

a class for those who have practised yoga before and are fit and active. This class is suitable for students who want to deepen their yoga practice.

General

Private Classes

for those who want to work on specifics areas of practice and/or want to deepen their personal practice of yoga. Suitable for those who find it difficult to attend the set class times during the week or wish to book as a private group.
